QuickPOS

Header bar

The thin bar at the very top of the screen contains the QuickPOS logo, the logged-in user's name (or Admin if no PIN is set), the burger menu and the mobile cart button.

Burger menu

The three-line menu icon opens a panel with links to all management areas:

  • Analytics — revenue charts and top products (admin only)
  • Products — add and edit products, categories and option groups (admin only)
  • Orders — full order history
  • Settings — all configuration options (admin only)
  • Lock Screen — manually lock the POS
  • User Guide — this guide

Product grid

The main area of the screen shows your products as cards. Each card shows the product image or emoji, name, short description and price. Products with option groups show a small ⚙ indicator.

Use the category dropdown to filter by category, the sort dropdown to reorder results, and the search box to find products by name, SKU or barcode. Pagination controls at the bottom show which page you're on and how many products exist.

Tap the button on any card to see full product details including ingredients, stock and available options.

Cart panel

The cart sits on the right side of the screen on desktop. At the top are the three service mode buttons — tap one to set the mode for the current sale. Below that are the cart items, discount field, tax breakdown and total. At the bottom are the Hold Sale and Charge buttons.

On small screens the cart is hidden behind the cart icon in the top-right corner. Tap it to open the cart drawer — it works identically to the desktop cart.

Ready to Collect panel

When the kitchen marks an order as complete, a panel slides in from the left side of the screen listing orders that are ready. Each entry shows the order label and a ✓ Collected button. Tap it once the customer has received their order to dismiss the notification.
