Adding related products

In the product editor, the Related Products section sits above the Save button. Tap + Add related products to open the picker modal. A searchable grid of all your products is shown — tap any product to select it (highlighted in orange), tap again to deselect. Use the search bar at the top to filter. Navigate pages using the numbered buttons at the bottom. Tap Done when finished. Selected products appear as tags — tap × to remove one.

💡 Related products are shown to customers on the customer display as a "You might also like" strip when the cashier pushes this product to screen. Use them to suggest accompaniments, accessories or upgrades.

Pushing a product to the customer display

Products that have a Product Description show a small monitor icon 🖥 next to the info button on their product card. Tap it to push that product full-screen to the customer display — the playlist pauses and the product image, name, price and description are shown instead. The icon turns green to indicate it is live. Tap it again to clear and resume the playlist.

You can also push from the product info modal (tap the Push to display button in the modal header) and from the Order History panel.

💡 The customer display automatically clears after 45 seconds and resumes the playlist — so the cashier does not need to remember to turn it off.

Editing a product

Tap the pencil ✎ icon on any product row. All fields are editable. Save when done.

Marking out of stock

Tap the 🚫 icon to mark a product as out of stock. It remains visible on the grid but is greyed out and cannot be added to the cart. Tap again to mark it available.

Deleting a product

Tap the 🗑 icon and confirm. Deleted products are removed from the grid immediately but their data remains in past orders for reporting purposes.

Options tab

Manage your option groups here. See the Product Options page for full details.

Categories tab

Categories group your products in the filter dropdown on the main grid. The All Items category always exists and cannot be deleted.

Tap + Add Category to create one. Give it a name and choose an emoji icon from the picker. Tap the pencil ✎ icon on an existing category to rename it or change its icon. Tap 🗑 to delete it — products in that category are not deleted, they just lose their category assignment.
