Keyboard Shortcuts
QuickPOS is fully keyboard-navigable. Experienced cashiers can process an entire transaction without touching the mouse.
All shortcuts
Shortcuts are disabled when a text input or dropdown is focused, so typing in the search box or quantity field won't accidentally trigger them. Press Esc to defocus any input and return to shortcut mode.

| C | Open Checkout | Opens the checkout modal. Only works when the cart has items. |
| O | Open Order History | Opens the Order History page. |

| M | Open Products | Opens the Products management page. |
| S | Open Settings | Opens the Settings page. |
| Del | Clear cart | Removes all items from the cart and resets the discount. No confirmation. |
| Esc | Close / defocus | Closes the topmost open page or panel. If a text input is focused, defocuses it first. |
| ? | Keyboard shortcuts | Opens the shortcuts reference inside the POS. |
Tips for fast operation
- ✓ Press / to search, type the product name, click it on the grid, then press C to charge — that's a full transaction with two keystrokes and one click.
- ✓ Press Del to instantly clear the cart between customers without opening the cart panel.
- ✓ Press Esc to dismiss any drawer or modal without reaching for the close button.
- ✓ In the cart, click a quantity number to select it, then just type the new quantity — no need to click + or − multiple times.
