Opening Order History

Tap the ≡ menu button and select Orders. The full order history slides in as a full-screen panel, most recent first.

Searching orders

Use the search box at the top to filter orders by order ID, product name or payment method. Results update as you type.

Order cards

Each order card shows the order ID, date and time, items purchased, payment method and total. Orders are colour-coded by status:

StatusMeaning
NormalA completed, valid order.
VoidedThe order was cancelled after completion. The total is shown with a strikethrough.
RefundedThe order was refunded. The total is shown with a strikethrough.

Reprinting a receipt

Each active order has a Reprint button. Tapping it sends the receipt directly to the configured thermal printer — no dialog, no confirmation. A *** REPRINT *** note is printed at the bottom to distinguish it from the original receipt.

💡 A printer must be configured in Settings → Business → Receipt Printing for reprinting to work.

Pushing a product to the customer display

Each order line item that has a Product Description shows a small monitor icon 🖥. Tap it to push that product full-screen to the customer display. Useful when a customer asks "what was that thing I had last time?" — find it in the order history, push it to the screen and let them read the description.

Tap the icon again to clear the product from the display and resume normal operation.

Voiding and refunding

Each active order has a Void and Refund button. Clicking either will prompt for the admin PIN before proceeding. Once confirmed the action cannot be undone.

Voiding and refunding are permanent. They mark the order in the history but do not automatically reverse stock levels or process payment returns — those need to be handled separately.
